In 2023, I transitioned AVARO Limited from a completely manual, paper-based business process into a streamlined digital ecosystem, transforming how they handled sales, inventory, and financial reporting.
The business, which operated a busy warehouse and distribution system, previously relied on notebooks and memory to track sales, monitor stock, and detect losses. This created frequent errors, delayed decision-making, and opened the door for financial leakages.
AVARO’s sales accuracy improved significantly after rollout. Staff began reporting figures in real time, with the system flagging errors instantly. Within weeks, the founder could monitor business activity remotely, quickly identify discrepancies, and reduce reliance on physical supervision. This transition did not just speed up the workflow, it reshaped accountability.
The success of the AVARO rollout set the blueprint for digitizing other traditional businesses that can’t afford full software suites, proving that practical digital transformation is possible with the right tools and mindset.
