In 2023, I transitioned AVARO Limited from a completely manual, paper-based business process into a streamlined digital ecosystem, transforming how they handled sales, inventory, and financial reporting.

Objective

The business, which operated a busy warehouse and distribution system, previously relied on notebooks and memory to track sales, monitor stock, and detect losses. This created frequent errors, delayed decision-making, and opened the door for financial leakages.

My Contribution

• Fully digitized the company’s daily sales and inventory records using customized spreadsheet solutions
• Trained staff on digital adoption, secure data handling, and workflow accuracy
• Introduced version control and access protocols to prevent manipulation or deletion of sensitive records
• Designed backup and audit systems to enhance transparency for the founder

This transition did not just speed up the workflow, it reshaped accountability.
